Since January 1, 2015, any sales/purchase advertisement in the Brussels-Capital Region and Wallonia must mention the property’s energy score. Additionally, a paper copy should be made available to visitors interested in the property. The mentions “PEB pending” and “PEB in progress” have no legal validity and may incur penalties.
